Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. Introduction
IntentPounce (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use IntentPounce.com and related services (the “Service”).
2. Data collection
Account & authentication. We collect information you provide when you register or sign in, including your email address and credentials managed through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We may also collect your name or profile details if you choose to provide them.
Payments. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as customer ID, subscription status, and transaction records) to operate your account.
Service usage. We may log technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, and in-app actions necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service (for example, API usage tied to scan limits).
3. How we use data
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including authentication and billing);
- Operate the “Radar” and related features that surface and qualify intent signals based on your configuration;
- Improve models and product quality, including refining AI-assisted outputs and system reliability, using aggregated or de-identified data where appropriate;
- Communicate with you about the Service, security, or policy updates;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
We rely on subprocessors and integrations to deliver the Service. Depending on your use of the product, data may be processed by:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and related infrastructure;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management;
- Apify — retrieval and processing of publicly available data from supported sources in accordance with your scan configuration;
- Google (Gemini) — AI analysis and draft generation where enabled in the product workflow.
Each provider applies its own terms and privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies on their official websites.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (such as HTTPS/TLS) for connections between your browser and our services where configured.
Authentication and session handling are implemented using Supabase Auth protocols and secure token practices appropriate to our stack. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and legal requirements.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us using the information below. We may verify your request in line with applicable law.
8. International transfers
If you access the Service from outside the country where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
